Jameela Allen

Jameela Allen is the Founder and CEO of Themba Creative Learning Center, a 2019 Chamber of Commerce Awardee for the “Best Small Business of the Year in Prince George’s County, Maryland.”

Themba is a Nationally Accredited Level 5 early learning facility that focuses on exceeding parents’ expectations daily. Their extensive waitlist reflects their superior reputation. Jameela and her team have transformed Themba from $0 a year to a $2.7M dollar enterprise with just one location.

Jameela received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from West Virginia State University and a Master of Public Administration from Southeastern University. She taught for ten years as a Special Education Teacher in the District of Columbia. Jameela was an approved childcare trainer through the Maryland State Department of Education for childcare providers.

Jameela has become a Certified John Maxwell Coach and the Founder of Jameela Allen & Company to provide value to other childcare owners. In 2021, Jameela co-authored her first book, Ignite the Hunger In You, with the #1 Motivational Speaker, Les Brown.
